How does the 7-Day free trial work?

Updated over a month ago

When you sign up for pliability as a new customer, you get 7 days to try out every feature and access our full content library, without any limits on streaming or activity.

Understanding Authorization Holds

When you start a free trial, pliability may place a small authorization hold (e.g., $2.00) on your payment method to verify that the card is valid. These are not actual charges but temporary holds to ensure the payment method functions properly. These authorization holds should automatically disappear from your account within a few days. If you notice the charge persisting beyond this period, you may wish to contact your card issuer.

If your subscription isn't cancelled within the 7-day trial you'll be billed for the subscription plan you opted for when initially signing up.To ensure uninterrupted access, the plan you selected—such as a monthly or annual subscription—will be automatically billed. Be sure to cancel your subscription through your account

settings before the trial concludes to avoid any charges.
