If you forgot your password and can't sign:
β Please make sure to check your spam folder for the password reset email.
β It's recommended opening the password reset link from the email in a private/incognito window so any auto-fill systems aren't intruding in the process of setting a new password.
β Try clearing your browser cache if any issues persist or email us at [email protected]. If you'd like us to reset your password please provide us with the last 4 digits of the credit card on file for verification.
How to change your password (while logged in)
Mobile app:
From your main dashboard tap your user icon on the bottom right corner
Tap: 'Edit profile' under your name
Scroll down to 'Account Details'
Tap on the password field
Fill in the old password and new password boxes
Tap 'Save'.
Web app:
