How do I cancel my subscription?

How to cancel your subscription auto-renew (not applicable to Apple or GooglePlay subscriptions.)

From a desktop computer:

  1. Sign in to our website pliability.com

  2. Click your user icon (top right)

  3. Click 'Settings'

  4. Click 'Plans & Payment'(on the menu on the left)

  5. Click 'Cancel Membership' (located at the bottom)

  6. Click 'Next' to continue with cancellation and complete form.

From a mobile device:

  1. Sign in to our website pliability.com

  2. Tap 3 line menu icon (top right)

  3. Tap on Plan & Payment

  4. Scroll down and Tap 'Cancel Membership'

  5. Tap 'Next' button to continue with cancellation and complete form.

Account management is not supported through the pliability app, and must be done via any browser and signing in to your account at pliability.com


Access After the Billing Cycle Ends

After your current billing cycle concludes, your account will be deactivated. Deactivation means you will lose access to pliability services and features. However, your account will not be deleted at this stage, allowing for the possibility of reactivation or rejoining pliability in the future.

Conditions for Account Deletion

If you decide to delete your pliability account completely, this is a separate action from canceling your subscription. Once your account is deleted, it will no longer be accessible under any circumstances, making it a permanent action. Ensure that you consider this carefully if you intend to delete your account.

Immediate Changes After Cancellation

Once you cancel your pliability subscription, your account status will be updated, and billing will cease immediately. This means you will no longer be charged for future billing cycles after completing the cancellation process. However, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period. During this time, you can continue to use pliability as usual.

Option to Rejoin pliability

If you wish to return to pliability services after cancellation or account deactivation, you have the option to rejoin at any time. Simply log back into your account and follow the processes to restart your subscription.
