Login to your pliability account. IMPORTANT: Log in to pliability.com through a web browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, etc.) (Account management is not supported through the pliability app, so it must be done via any browser)
2. At the bottom left corner, click on your profile icon for pop-up menu and click "Account".
3. Once in your account overview, click on Plans & Payment
4. Click directly on the words "Pause or Cancel Membership" and follow the prompts until cancellation complete.
To cancel from a mobile device, log in to your pliability account via mobile browser and follow these steps:
**Your account will remain active until the steps above are followed.**
