How can I pause my subscription?

Account management is not supported through the pliability app, and must be done via any browser.

From a desktop computer:

  1. Sign in to our website pliability.com

  2. Click your user icon (top right)

  3. Click 'Settings'

  4. Click 'Plans & Payment'(on the menu on the left)

  5. Click 'Cancel Membership' (located at the bottom)

  6. Click 'Pause Subscription'.

From a mobile device:

  1. Sign in to our website pliability.com

  2. Tap 3 line menu icon (top right)

  3. Tap on Plan & Payment

  4. Scroll down and Tap 'Cancel Membership'

  5. Tap on 'Pause Subscription'.
