Apparel and Accessories

We ship items as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. In general, please add 2-3 business days to allow for processing time. If we anticipate a longer lead time, it will be noted in the item description.

  • Standard/ Free Shipping: Delivery typically in 1-5 business days

  • Priority Shipping: Ships on next available business day (excluding weekends and holidays)

  • Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday - Friday

Mats and Banners

Mat and banner orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Mats and banners ship from the manufacturers' facilities. Delivery typically in 5-7 business days from ship date.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items will ship by the stated ship date listed in the item description. Delivery typically in 1-5 business days from ship date.

International Shipments

  • Prices are shown in US Dollars. For conversion, we recommend using a Currency Converter.

  • International orders may require 3-5 business days or more of additional processing time prior to shipment as we may need to consolidate items to one location of shipment.

  • pliability does ship internationally with a few exceptions. Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, import duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand and cannot give you an estimate of the cost because it varies widely around the world. Packing slips for international shipments cannot be marked as a "gift" or with altered prices.
