You may return or exchange an unused item in new condition within 14 days of delivery.
Items that are used or damaged may be denied a refund or exchange.
Customers are responsible for return shipping on exchange items.
Mats
Mats can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, mats and inside of shipping box must be in new condition and free of any debris. Please ensure the item is clean before shipping; items received in dirty or used condition may be denied a refund or exchange.
Customers are responsible for return shipping on all exchanges and returns.

Refunds are issued after the returned package arrives at our warehouse and is received. Once the return is processed, the refund will be initiated. Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
