Pliability's refund policy

What is Pliability's refund policy?

We know an unexpected charge can be frustrating, and we want to make sure you have all the information you need.

pliability subscriptions are non-refundable. This applies to monthly, 6-month, and annual plans, including automatic renewals. That said, we work hard to make sure every subscriber has clear notice before any charge occurs, here's how:

What you are shown before any charges

We build multiple disclosure points into the signup and repeat renewal process so charges are never a surprise:

At signup:

  • The plan you selected (monthly or annual) and its price

  • Your exact trial end date

  • The amount that will be charged when your trial ends

  • A statement authorizing pliability to charge your card for future payments in accordance with our terms

After signup:

  • A welcome email confirming your trial start date, trial end date, and a reminder to cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged, along with a direct link to manage your subscription

Before future annual renewals:

  • A renewal reminder email is sent 35 days before your annual subscription renews, where required by local or state law. This applies to annual renewals after your first paid year, not the initial trial-to-paid charge.

Anytime:

  • Your next renewal date is visible in the app and on the web under Profile > Settings > Plan & Payment

FAQs

What happens if I don't cancel before my trial ends?

Your selected plan is automatically billed on the 7th day of your trial. If you were charged, it means the trial period ended before cancellation was completed.

I didn't use my subscription β€” can I get a refund?

We're sorry to hear the service didn't get used! Unfortunately, non-use doesn't change our refund policy. Your subscription gives you full access to our entire content library for the duration of your paid period, that access remains available to you.

I forgot to cancel before my renewal β€” can I get a refund?

We understand this happens. Refunds are not available for renewal charges, but you can cancel your subscription immediately to prevent the next renewal. You'll retain full access through the end of your current paid period.

I was charged but I thought I already canceled.

A charge after a cancellation attempt usually means the cancellation wasn't fully completed. A valid cancellation always generates a confirmation email from pliability, this is official proof of cancellation. If you didn't receive one, your subscription may still be active. Please contact us at [email protected] and we'll help you look into it.
