Changing your password

Instructions on how to change and/or reset your password.

If you forgot your password:

β†’ Please make sure to check your spam folder for the password reset email.

β†’ It's recommended opening the password reset link from the email in a private/incognito window so any auto-fill systems aren't intruding in the process of setting a new password.

β†’ Try clearing your browser cache if any issues persist or email us at [email protected]. If you'd like us to reset your password please provide us with the last 4 digits of the credit card on file for verification.

Or if you know your password and decide to change it:

On the mobile app: From your main dashboard > Tap your user icon on the bottom right corner > Tap: 'Edit profile' under your name > Scroll down to 'Account Details' > Tap on the password field > Fill in the old password and new password boxes > Tap 'Save'.

On the website: From your main dashboard > Click on your profile icon on the top right corner > Click 'Settings' > From the side bar menu click 'Security' > Fill in the old password and new password boxes > Click 'Save Changes'.
