The Discover section is your go-to page for everything you need to perform at your best and enhance your recovery. With an extensive and carefully curated library of movements, you can quickly find what you’re looking for. Whether it’s breathing exercises, comprehensive warm-ups, essential cooldowns, tailored paths, quick fixes, or corrective routines, this is where you’ll find it all.

From your Home dashboard, tap on Discover.

Tap magnifier icon to search, and tap fine-tune icon to filter.

Sessions

Contains all our routines and can be filtered by video duration, outcome (recovery, warmups, cooldowns and corrective), format, target areas and movements.

To access sessions: From your Home dashboard> tap on Discover> tap on Search icon> tap on Sessions> hit Enter on your keyboard.

To access the filter function tap on the fine tune icon.

Please Note: If you’re not getting any results, please double-check your filters. Ensure that the options you’ve selected make sense together. For example, avoid setting the duration to 30+ minutes while also selecting outcome > warmup.

Paths

Paths are optional pre-programmed plans tailored for sports, daily life, or specific body areas and contain mostly corrective routines. You can choose to focus on a specific path, or can also be done alongside our daily sessions. You can filter Paths by duration or focus.
To access paths: From your Home dashboard> tap on Discover> tap on Search icon> tap on Paths.

Collections

An easier way to access routines by target area. Find fixes for tightness from a workout, or injuries to overcome. We all have problem areas and pliability is intentionally designed to address and increase range of motion in your entire body so those areas will get attention.

To access Collections: From your Home dashboard> tap on Discover> tap on Search icon> tap on Collections.
