How to set up our Build Your Program feature.

  1. To access the Feature:

    • Open the pliability app and navigate to the home screen dashboard.

    • Locate the "Build Your Program" under the daily sessions and tap on it.

  2. Set Your Preferences:

    • On the "Build Your Program" screen, you will see options to customize your program. Start by selecting the days of the week you want to include in your program by tapping on the circles for each day (e.g., M, T, W, T, F, S, S).

    • Next, choose the total time you want to dedicate per day by tapping on the time range options (e.g., 6-15 min).

  3. Determine Program Length:

    • Set the length of your program by tapping the plus (+) or minus (-) buttons to adjust the number of weeks.

  4. Select Target Areas:

    • Tap on "Select Target Areas" to choose the areas of your body you want to focus on. You can select 1-3 areas by tapping on the corresponding buttons (e.g., Full Body, Lower Body, Upper Back, Hips, Wrists + Elbows, Upper Body, Shoulders + Neck, Lower Back, Knees, Ankles + Calves).

    • Once you have selected the desired areas, tap "Set Areas" to confirm.

  5. Set Start Date:

    • Tap on the start date to choose when you want your program to begin. A calendar will pop up. Select your preferred start date by tapping on it.

    • After selecting the start date, tap "Select Date" to confirm.

  6. Start the Program:

    • Once everything is set, tap "Start Program" to begin your personalized program.

You are now ready to follow your custom-built program according to the schedule and preferences you have set!

You can use this feature on both pliability mobile app or via our web app.

At the moment you can not select and customize individual routines, but if this is something you'd like to see, let us know so it can be considered for a future update!
