How to cancel/stop or pause your subscription/auto-renew from a desktop computer:
Sign in to our website pliability.com > Click your user icon (top right) > Click 'Settings' > Click 'Plans & Payment' (on the menu on the left) > Click 'Cancel Membership' (located at the bottom) > Fill out the quick form & click 'Next' to continue with cancellation.

IMPORTANT: Log in to pliability.com through a web browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, etc.) Account management is not supported through the pliability app, so it must be done via any browser.
2. Click on your profile icon for pop-up menu > click "Settings" > Click 'Plan & Payment'
3. Click 'Cancel Membership' > Fill in quick form and proceed with cancellation by clicking 'Next'

Sign in to our website pliability.com > Tap 3 line menu icon (top right) > Tap on Plan & Payment > Scroll down and Tap 'Cancel Membership' > Fill out the quick form & tap 'Next' button to continue with cancellation.

Your account will remain active and auto renew until the steps above are completed.
Once cancelled you'll have access to your account for the remaining of your billing cycle and can always re-join at any time!
