If you get this error using any of our platforms: romwod.com, iOS app, or tvOS app try the steps below to resolve your issue.

If you are signed in and watching a video or trying to watch a video but get the error "There was a problem providing access to protected content", try signing out and signing back in. That should refresh your session and should be good to go.
